Malana Niemeyer RN-IP, Founder CEO

Malana began her career as a CNA which evolved into a love for caring for the elderly. She loved creating relationships with her residents and getting to know their stories and who they were prior to coming to the care center. This grew into a career in the long-term care industry that has ranged from hands-on care as a charge nurse to administrative roles where her knowledge for understanding and navigating the complex world of the health care system got its foundation. Outside of work, Malana is on a continuous journey of growth and empowerment with health, wellness, and knowledge. Other interests include enjoying nature (favorite place being the Minnesota River bottom), reading, and nurturing her two children Carson and Abby to pursue their dreams as they venture into adulthood.

Jenny Parker RN,C, Founder COO

Jenny began her career in aging services as a certified nursing assistant at age 16 – a calling that grew into a lifelong career in healthcare and gerontology. She has served in hands-on caregiving and leadership roles and contributed time serving on boards. Jenny has deep experience in navigating complex health systems and advocating for clients with compassion and honesty. She is equally devoted to supporting caregiver resilience and whole-person wellness. Outside of work she embraces life with curiosity and energy – exploring outdoors (anywhere near a river or body of water!) while camping with family and friends and being entertained by the hummingbirds on her/my patio in the summer. She loves music, a good book for pleasure or growth, prioritizing wellness from kitchen to movement, and building meaning connections throughout the journey.
